Recently awarded the design and construction of Kahuna Beach Resort and Spa, Inc. in San Juan, La Union, northern Luzon. Mobilization started last August 13, 2009. With the deployment of the Project Manager, Structural / Projects Engineers All the required permits for the project were all secured by Philsundt

Phil-Sundt office in La Union is currently being establish, temporary facilities, materials, as well as construction equipment have been mobilized and are on site. We are now in the hiring phase for all disciplines of workers including Trades, Unskilled and staff. Phil-Sundt’s other on-going projects include;

One Rockwell in Makati City, which recently started the general fit-out works , is on-going with dry and wet works for both East and West Towers. Safety programs are strictly implemented by Phil-Sundt’s Safety practitioners, having 0% injuries. The Project is expected to be completed by October 2011.

The Peninsula Manila, with renovation of the Nielsen Restaurant in Makati City, started construction in May 11, 2009, and now on its finishing stages. Target date of completion this October 2009.

MIA Mia. A third generation call centre was recently awarded to Phisundt and is in the final stages of completion.

The British School Manila. Recently awarded Philsundt the design and construct of their second soccer field, including a 6 month maintenance period.
